Description Reviewing and analyzing different legal documents (agreements, licenses, contracts),providing Legal assistance and advice to all Hikma employees with the required legal laws, documenting and filing all the legal documents in both Arabic and English languages, in addition to submitting periodic reports to the Managing Director in order to show the work flow and the performed job: Reviewing and analyzing different legal documents such as agreements, licenses, sales and purchases contracts Helping the HR function in managing all personnel issues which occur in Hikma legally Following-up on the changes in legislations and regulations related directly and indirectly to the pharmaceutical industry and updating them after informing the concerned employees Providing the legal function employees with the needed information and laws that support the agreements, contracts, litigations in Hikma legal cases Documenting and filing all the completed agreements, contracts and litigations, as well as updating the legal function database Working with legal team on particular projects and assignments for Hikma; For example (liquidation of companies, acquisitions, mergers...etc.) Preparing periodic reports showing the work flow and the performed job and submitting them to the direct supervisor Participating in the development of the Legal functions work plan; distributing and following up on work activities, projects and programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures Suggesting plans and programs to boost the effectiveness of the Legal function.
Qualifications B.A. degree in law

Education major Law
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Contract Management, Government Relations, Laws & Legislations, Technical Writing.
