Description to welcome and assist patients and relatives on their arrival to the registration desks through liaising with medical and nursing staff and being the first point of contact to patients and their families. Initiates registration procedures on HIS through opening a file for patients coming for consultations through maintaining confidentiality at all times. Confirms method of payment and registers the patient accordingly. Helping the clients either they were paying cash or medically insured, preparing the invoices, determinate the tests they want, print it and delivering the results
Qualifications Education : Bachelor degree is a must. Experience: 1 year experience in a Labs. Communication Skills & Customer service

Other Skills Ability to perform multitasks efficiently Very good in computer skills (Microsoft word and excel) Knowledge of analysis Types
