Description —Leverage a broad set of professional and technical skills to deliver the right solution to customer. —Drive the creation of features and products that delight our clients end users with effective, robust, and intuitive solutions that are both of high quality and resemble that of a first class user experience. —Conduct conversations across all levels of the customer organization from CxO to interns in an audience-appropriate manner, using the domain-specific language of the audience to maximize comprehension, influence, and credibility. —Understand the clients business objectives and collaborate with cross-functional groups to build services that are engaging, measurable, and goal-reaching —Effectively capture and clearly document business requirements, functional and design specifications and solution architectures of complex enterprise projects. —Estimate work tasks reliably and helps mentor others in the organization to improve their estimation skills. —Lead proposal writing as well as RFPs and RFIs for owned and assigned opportunities. —Support sales and marketing efforts. —Identify resource needs necessary, both internal and external needed to assemble the best-fit team and assign individual responsibilities and accountabilities. —develop the project plan including key milestones to ensure the delivery of a high quality solution, on time and within budget. —Assess and manage risks and issues. —Review with sales team, the clients development and account plan. —Manage any external third-party relationships necessary to deliver the solution. —Work with and recommend third-party solutions as appropriate per build vs. buy analysis; leverage partners where possible.
Qualifications *Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA Preferred. •Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in infrastructure, Datacenter, software engineering and solutions delivery. •Experience designing, building, deploying front, back, and middle-tier systems. •Requires at least 7 years of technical consulting in the field. •Proven track record of efficiently delivering within a technical consulting services company/division. •5+ years of experience designing deploying and managing multi-tier server architectures. •Experience with small and medium topologies on Windows Server 2008/12 and R2 •Designed fault tolerant architectures and implemented proven disaster recovery procedures. •Integration with Exchange Server, Team Foundation Server, Project Server, Rights Management Services, certificate services, and SSRS/AS/IS. •Experienced in server consolidation: migrating physical farms to virtualization.
