Description Design kitchens, bathrooms, and wardrobes and develop creative presentations for them. -Providing kitchen designs for customers in a collaborative process -Quoting and managing the full cycle ordering process for all kitchen and bath projects from inception to completion of design. - Meet with clients in the showroom and provide interior design consultation. -Working with trade professionals and their clients, to design and quote Kitchen and Bath projects. -Provide equipment price quotations and specifications to customers and sales associates. -Communicate with the installation and Surveying teams to ensure highest level of accuracy and precision in design and installation. -Outstanding organizational skills required to successfully and simultaneously manage multiple projects. -Direct the placement of equipment at the job site by providing detailed drawings. -Prepare and ensure the customer is provided all the necessary warranties and instruction manuals upon the completion of the job. -Communicate and follow up with clients to ensure highest level of customer service and satisfaction. -Update their clients directory on daily basis. -Prepare installation files for their completed projects and ensure it is well communicated with the installation team.
Qualifications Hold a degree of Architecture, Interior Design, or Product Design. -Has good command of Autocad. -Has good knowledge of ergonomics and major design schools and capable of exploring trendy compositions. -Good understanding of residential construction and interior finishing materials and techniques. -Excellent communications and presentation skills -Basic understanding of plumbing and electrics. -Customer service skills - ability to build a good rapport with our long standing customer base -Responsible, organized and professional - someone who takes pride in their work -Good attention to detail and conscientious in your work -Experience of working with and managing sub-contractors, surveyors and fitters -Experience in dealing with customer complaints -Previous product ordering and procurement experience
