Description responsible for handling highly confidential documents, protecting organizations confidential information, communication and information management, managing office supplies, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and events and negotiating with vendors,Dealing with tourism and hotel companies inside and outside Egypt, and the ability to handle and an end to visa procedures embassies,Access to daily newspapers and display general information related to the companys business Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
Qualifications The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills: team building bookkeeping skills analytical and problem solving skills decision making skills effective verbal and listening communications skills computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level stress management skills time management skills

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Candidate should be fluent in English Language,have pleasing personality , willing to work late hours and can travel also as and when required. She should have good computer knowledge and good social skill.
