Description - Responsible on managing and planning all medical equipment planning activities. - Prepare technical and financial proposals for medical equipment planning. - Present medical equipment planning packages to Client representatives. - Review architectural design drawings against international and local guidelines. - Prepare and review medical layouts. - Prepare and review room by room list. - Prepare and review room requirements layouts (Room data sheets). - Prepare and review medical equipment and furniture BOQs. - Prepare and review technical specifications for medical equipment and furniture. - Perform technical evaluation for equipment and furniture proposals. - Provide cost estimates for medical equipment and furniture. - Create and develop medical equipment planning standards. - Create and continuously improve department processes. - Manage department administrative work.
Qualifications 10+ years’ experience. Experience in medical equipment planning Familiar with related international guidelines such as VA, FGI, IHFG, HAAD, and AIA. Good knowledge of AutoCAD, and Ms Excel. Knowledge of visual basic and other programming languages is a plus. Other skills: Detailed oriented, presentation skills time management, and leadership skills.
