Description -The ideal candidate must have been involved in at least 3 Implementation Project & 2 Support Projects of 1500+ staff organization. Such engagements covering complete life cycle of project including design, development, testing, implementation & training for various business data processing & HRMS / Payroll applications, through these engagements have gained proficiency in using several software, & associated tools such as Developer -Localization of Oracle Payroll to meet Legislation Requirements. -Complete Payroll Set-up (Key & Descriptive Flex Fields, creating elements, imparting user training & support to the client). -Proficiency in writing complex Fast Formulas -Support for Complete payroll cycle with Pay Processing, Costing and Transfer to GL. -Creating & linking various earnings & deductions elements & writing calculation rules using Oracle Fast Formula. -Creation of all Leave Types and their related fast formulas -Good understanding of HRMS related tables and APIs. -Good experience in SQL and PL/SQL -Good experience in Forms & Report -Test Custom solution in Test instance. - Map As-Is process, understand users expectations about To-Be process - Prepare & Get user approval for Functional Specifications. - Mapping Business Requirements to the Oracle Application. - Develop prototype in Test instance. - Demonstrate / Provide necessary training to users. - Improve based on feedback. - Develop Technical Documentation and assist Documentation Assistant in documenting the new process in User guides and Register the same in Production instance.
Qualifications BSc of Computer Science, or Computer Engineering .
