Description Pre-Sales engineer is responsible to provide the technical advice & support for sales person about all company portfolio to ensure an optimum & professional approach in dealing with customer needs. He will be the focal point of contacting with the customer regarding answering queries, providing technical advice, introducing products and all relevant issues. He will take care for tenders/RFQs preparation in co-ordination with sales person to ensure an optimum solutions submitted. Keep communicating with the suppliers regarding products updates, solutions verifications, competition analysis and all relevant issues. Duties: Help sales to understand the exact customers needsÐ Creation for customer needs / solutions matrices. Communication of our solutions to customers in co-ordination with sales person. Communicating complex configuration requirements. Review supplier newsletters and disseminate it to relevant people in the company. Continuous updating on competitors products and creation/updating of product comparisons. Creation of (Neutral) tender specifications. Best utilization of our demo pool. Conduct training for our distributors. Conduct technical presentation if needed. Training (Technology, hands on or application), maintenance, documentation of training.
Qualifications BSc in Electronics & Communication Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in dealing with test equipments (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Digital Scopes. Graduation grade to be at least very good. - Graduation projects related to RF (Radio Frequency) systems has a priority. Has a strong knowledge in all relevant fields (Microwave devices/components , Antennas theory/applications, Modern digital communication systems.

Other Skills Very good (written & spoken) in English. Strong knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio & Project). Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Problem solving & analytical thinking character.
