Description - Following daily engineering objectives according to projects schedule - Feasibility study of new products & solving technical constraints. - Maintain industrial operations of the projects with optimum parameters - Continuous improvement to meet the customers requirements - Prepare the production files to meet the customers requirements. (Design, bill of material, process sheets. - Helping and coaching young engineers to achieve their goals - maintaining motivation and friendly atmosphere among the engineering dept. specifically and the company in general - Support and maintain the companys policies among the dept. - Helping and coaching operators, leaders to achieve their goals. - Follow manufacturing of new products & prototypes. - Enforcing and implementing the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management - Defining the critical dimensions on the drawings. - Creating quality control documents for each process. - Improve the performance of quality control checking. - Helping and coaching controllers & participate to the definition of final control documents.
Qualifications - Strong technological knowledge about manufacturing procedures - Able to operate productively - Must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. - Must have an eye for detail - Must be committed for quality production - Using the computer and its applications - Making smart decisions & resolving problems in an efficient manner - Applying health and safety practices - Managing stressful situations and projects - Collaborating in team activities
