Description Assists in various HR duties such as preparation for training plan/budget, updating & following up vacation requests, preparation for yearly appraisal and medical insurance. Assist the HR Manager in the Recruitment & Selection process and procedures starting from (Screening resumes, set interviews, short-listing, hiring process, orientation, training, performance appraisal and any other task related to HR). Responsible for summer interns. Responsible for the filling in relation to the Admin/HR department. Responsible for In & Out mail Report on a weekly basis. Undertaking assignments that may occur during the workday. Supervisor Office Boys & Receptionist. Stock Stationery & Buffet Monthly orders with appropriate prices and good quality. Staff Contract Renewal. Attendance & Leave balance registering, following up and tracking. Receiving invoices from vendors and delivery cash or cheques to them /Finance. Delivery Cheques to client/Finance. Maintain finance files incomes & expenses and complete its missings. Any other tasks that assigned by the Financial Manager & HR Manager. Responsible for updating the client lists and database. Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress and accurateness to deadlines. Coordinate workflow report with responsible lawyers/partners to keep projects on schedule. Recommend management actions to improve standard operating procedures. Execute constant audit and data updates to guarantee efficiency, professionalism and customers satisfaction. Representing the link that connects all departments, lawyers, partners with our clients worldwide. Generate all types of reports and prepare statistics using the billing system.
Qualifications Effective verbal, organizational, listening and communication skills. Time management skills. Computer skills including the ability to spreadsheet and work processing programs at an adequate level. Typing and secretarial. Ability to interact with clients. Excellent command of English language. Honest and trust worthy. Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity. Time flexible. Demonstrate sound work ethics. Presentable with readiness to respect the firm’s dress code.
