Description Daily rounds at the sites, supervise all electrical works - 24/7 monitor and record for all plants activities - Do inspections and offer quotations for electrical works and task orders - Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement - Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned - Observe the warehouse stock - Manage and supervise contractors preventative maintenance Specific Electrical responsibilities; - Medium and low voltage power plants - Generators - Electrical panels (infrastructure) - Power factor correction units - Elevators - Energy consumption meters (infrastructure) - Cradle - Pump rooms (all domestic, fire fighting and sewage pumps) - HVAC & Chillers Power and control of chillers, primary, secondary and condensing pumps Power and control of supply and exhaust fans Power and supply of fan coils, AC units, supply and exhaust fans - Lighting (daily patrolling) - Motors - IT Rooms (24/7 monitoring) - UPS
Qualifications Management & Leadership skills oral and written communication skills excellent command of English language
