Description Job Purpose: Responsible for properties owned and leased by OHD, represents the departments extensive interests in real estate matters ranging from conceptualization to delivery and customer relations, portfolio and workplace strategy, policy, capital project delivery, acquisitions, leasing, facilities management, and disposition. Principal Accountabilities: - Recommends new Real Estate products and services. - Achieves the per-determined sales target figures with the desired selling price. - Develop policies, financial analysis, property management, and administrative support. - Ensure real estate policies and procedures best serve the Company. - Monitors economic and regulatory conditions affecting the real estate market. - Monitors rates and pricing to ensure competitiveness with the marketplace. - Monitors the marketplace for changes in the industry or changing trends while meeting portfolio target goals. - Establishes clear knowledge of the markets that OHD operates and build a clear understanding of the current and future customer needs. - Implement multi-pronged, place-based real estate development strategy throughout all project phases (contracts, programming, design, financing, construction, leasing/marketing). - Manage all current and future development projects which include research and needs analysis, design and financial feasibility, construction and contracting, project management and final delivery. - Define appropriate limits of authority for real estate personnel. - Develops procedures and reporting tools for effective information flow through the department as well as the management team.
Qualifications Background in real estate development experience is a must. Competencies: Analyses and Problems solving Innovation and Creativity Communication and Persuades Negotiation Skills Team Working Organizing and Planning
