Description Develops and administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Develops, recommends and implements company policies and procedures. Maintains department records and reports. Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications •Any Bachelor Degree OR Any Related Study. •From 5-7 years’ experience as an HR Manager. •HR Certificate holder is highly preferred. •Excellent Command of MS Office Programs. •Excellent Command of English language. •Excellent Leadership and Communication skills. •Self-motivated and can motivate others. •Can work under pressure and encourage others to work under pressure as well. •Presentable and time management oriented. •Observer and attentive to details.
