Description Assist HR Manager in different HR functions. Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion. Assists HR Manager in the hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, screening resumes, and performing interviews. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. Process hiring-related paperwork Maintaining confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents, and organizational plans. Providing overall assistance and research support to HR Manager. Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications •Any Bachelor Degree OR Any Related Study. •From 1-3 years’ experience as an HR Specialist. •HR Certificate holder is a plus. •Excellent Command of MS Office Programs. •Excellent Command of English language. •Excellent Leadership and Communication skills. •Self-motivated and can motivate others. •Can work under pressure and encourage others to work under pressure as well. •Presentable and time management oriented. •Observer and attentive to details.
