Description provide day-to-day management of the monitoring and evaluation activities; including working closely with program staff, external consultants, master trainers, and production groups; developing quantitative and qualitative data collection instruments; designing and implementing baseline and follow-up surveys as needed to acquire information about the several aspects of project implementation progress, measurement and assessment of its impact & meeting reporting requirements; documenting good practices and lessons learned trends; researching and collecting content and stories about the projects achievements; and managing the information-gathering process for results and performance reports, in addition to other briefings, summaries, papers, presentations, etc. for various audiences as needed.
Qualifications An advanced degree in statistics, social sciences, economics, or another related field. At least 10 years’ demonstrated experience in progressively responsible experience in data collection, quantitative and qualitative methodology, reporting, and analysis, as well as conducting impact assessments. Experience working with international donors to implement M&E systems (including Value for Money methodology); USAID experience is preferred. Strong analytical (both qualitative and quantitative) skills are essential.
