Description — Responsible for all aspects of the implementation of the project, including the planning, organization, Coordination and relations with customers. — Understand the companys goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the companys performance. — Research and develop a thorough understanding of the companys people and capabilities. — Organize and determine the terms and conditions of project procurement and various procurement agencies required to implement the project in accordance with the rules of the financial and accounting association. — Writing and preparation of technical report related to the activities in accordance with the project plan. — Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. — Manage and monitoring the activities of others responsible for developing business for the company. — Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light. — Communicate and follow up with all the departments to achieve the company plan. — Providing the upper management with feedback about all the company department (Project phases).
