Description This positions primary responsibility is to manage the sales activities of the Company through close supervision of the market and competition. — Assists the Chairman in preparing the annual business plan and budgets.— Formulates sales goals, marketing plans and strategy and directs their execution to achieve the Companys objectives.— Ensures compliance with sales policies, procedures and programs.— Reviews with sales representatives their sales plans and co-ordinates with them implementation of programs to meet the plans.— Evaluates the performance of subordinates and seeks improvement in their capabilities and trains the sales team.— Prepares and reviews the daily sales reports. — Maintains excellent relationships with major customers. He is also responsible for marketing and promotional functions of the Company.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree. Training courses in sales is a must.

Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills Strong interpersonal and Leadership. • Ability to gain customer satisfaction. • Ability to manage and run the sales activities in all sales areas. • Ability to meet targeted sales and growth projections. • Good communication and personnel management skills.
