Description 1. Ensuring appropriate levels of staff exist to enable each to cope with their workload and to allow for extra work coming in and that they have accurate, up to date and appropriate tools in order to carry out their work effectively. 2. Ensuring coding deadlines are communicated and enforced and that all relevant items have been selected and coded by the deadline. 3. Ensuring team questions about administrative issues are answered accurately, fully and in a timely manner. 4. Maintaining absence & sickness records; arranging vacation/ holiday cover. 5. Ensuring adequate briefings are carried out at the beginning of a new project and following project amendments. 6. Ensuring QC feedback is followed and adhered to. 7. Maintaining and managing the coding schedule.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English literature, Business Admin, Quality Assurance or any related field. 2-3 years experience of managing a team of 10+ people
