Description Partially responsible for all Sales training delivery (Facilitation) & material (Curriculum) development. — Quality control — Program delivery (maximum 12 days/month) — Localization/development of material — Equipment/resource needs — Quality control written course material; written, oral and media - Develop and deliver Sales Training programs to improve product knowledge and drive better sales and increased growth. - Editing & proof reading of existent material, including generation of of online competency quizzes. - Material development as per training needs, presenting information using a variety of formats & techniques, i.e. role playing, team & group exercises etc. - Analysis and integration of Competitors Comparison data and training exercises into Sales Training programs - Delivery of training both within Egypt and regional markets when requested. - Organize and develop or obtain training manuals/guides & course materials such as handouts/visual materials. - Instruct on meeting and maintaining high level of CSI and SSI scores as per required Corporate standards.
Qualifications Education: As appropriate Experience: 4-6 years’ work experience in the Automotive Sales Management or Sales Training environment - Direct delivery of Product and Soft skills training necessary Personal: • Strong English oral skills • Oral and written Arabic language required
