Description -Responsible for preparing supervise events, production (printing, booths, stands, giveaways‡.etc.) , visibility, publicity & all BTL activities including planning menus, booking, Ushering, monitoring, & putting up decorations, ordering setup, hiring bartenders, and ensuring the event runs smoothly.. -Supervise details for all kind of events such as conferences, sampling, anniversaries, charity events, trade shows, road shows, sales meetings, business meetings, employee appreciation events and virtual events. -Controlling the cost of all activities (events, production, giveaways ‡etc.) to get cost efficient & reduce the cost. -Supervise & handle all tasks & activities of the team members
Qualifications •Successful graduate degree in Business or comparable study with a major in communication and BTL-Marketing •Excellent written and oral command of the English language. •4 years practical experience and knowledge in a BTL projects like managing events & activities, good knowledge Ads. Materials & production preferably in the FMCG.
