Description — Creating and updating the job descriptions for all job roles and ensuring that these are constantly updated. — Keeping up to date manpower requests sheet to know the new opening vacancies. — Creating database for all CVs to be easily searchable to get qualified candidates. — Following up with each Head Department the interviews results and employment application in order to avoid wasting time with unqualified applicants. — Handling the induction process of new hires ensure smooth informative introduction of the new colleague to the business — Administering performance management system to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within company. — Preparing employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation. — Conducting needs analysis studies and conferring with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
Qualifications - Academic Degree or equivalent in psychology is a must - 3-5 years of relevant experience at the national or international level.
