Description Creating and updating the job descriptions for all job roles and ensuring that these are constantly updated. Keeping up to date manpower requests sheet to know the new opening vacancies. Following up with each Head Department the interviews results and employment application in order to avoid wasting time with unqualified applicants. Handling the induction process of new hires ensure smooth informative introduction of the new colleague to the business Administering performance management system to ensure effectiveness, compliance and equity within company. Preparing employee separation notices and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation. Conducting needs analysis studies and conferring with managers and supervisors to determine training needs.
Qualifications - Academic Degree or equivalent in psychology is a must - 3-5 years of relevant experience at the national or international level.
