Description —Reviewing purchase orders, checking prices, quantities and calculations of purchase orders to ensure the confirmation with the price list provided by the vendor—Checking prices, quantities and calculations of purchase orders to ensure the confirmation with the price list provided by the vendor—Recording Payable transactions of local & foreign vendors (including posting transaction entries, payments...etc) on time—Preparing Aging report for local & foreign suppliers—Reviewing unbilled transactions and reconcile with the purchasing department by checking goods receipts added to the accounts—Preparing ) Matrix report) containing all monthly transactions between sister companies & ensure its confirmation with sister companies accounts—Preparing accrual & annual expenses entries —Following up employees custodies —Preparing Year- End closing entries for local vendors—Preparing analysis reports for ODB, OCB & accrued liabilities—Reviewing contractors performance
Qualifications -Excellent communication skills -Advance Excel -Construction/Industrial Field background -SCALA/Microsoft Dynamics background
