Description Responsible for training delivery & material development. — Quality control — Program delivery (maximum 15 days/month) — Localization/development of material — Equipment/resource needs — Quality control written course material; written, oral and media - Develop and deliver training programs to help technicians/employees maintain and improve job skills and competencies. - Organize and develop, or obtain, training manuals/guides & course materials i.e. handouts and visual materials. - Present information using a variety of instructional techniques or formats, such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, or lectures. - Editing & proof reading of existent material. - Mentoring of other Technical Trainers including oversight of tech. training material development as per training needs. - Successful delivery of training as required.
Qualifications Education: As appropriate Experience: 4-6 years’ work experience in the Automotive Technical training field A comprehensive background in technical and training necessary Personal: • Strong English oral skills • Oral and written Arabic language required
