Description 1. Answers and book all inbound calls from landline and mobile. 2. Coordinate demos dates and names between the sales department and PS department. 3. Contact point for all PS members. 4. Reserve hotels for the consultants. 5. Coordinate and arrange meetings for PS department (Date, Time and needed resources) and reserve the meeting room for the internal meetings. 6. Coordinate and manage devices used with PS department and record them including when, whom and device information to be up to date so we can follow any missed device 7. Follow up assigned issues from PM and PS Manager and HR-Department to another parties.
