Description Manage the implementation of all Engineering and Project Management duties including maintenance polices. — Supervising the department and maintenance contract staff. — Represent the department in various hospital committees as and where required. — Prepare and evaluate maintenance tenders/contracts documents and spare parts tenders as stipulated by purchasing committee. — Provide technical assistance to his department in the planning and upgrading of the hospital infrastructure. — Ensure the implementation of the HSE prevention policies and procedures of the hospital. — Ensure that the overall activities meet the requirements of quality management and environmental policies and legal stipulations. — Demonstrate evidence of successful participation in required training programs offered by the hospital. — Recognize the necessity to continually develop skills and acquire additional knowledge appropriate to the position. — Be the POC (Point of Contact) for all KPIs and OVRs and mentor entire department to expedite all patient related issues requiring corrective actions. — Implement the new RFI Procedure and train the entire department. This RFI procedure shall be used as a communication tool to promote transparency within your entire staff. — Oversee the new Work Permit Procedure which will be managed by the PM. Ensure that all internal and external projects will be evaluated to reduce risk to the hospital. — Develop AutoCAD and coordinate these drawings with your internal department heads such as the PM, Sr. Mechanical & Sr. Electrical Engineers. Use these sketches to develop projects and acquire approvals from ASSIH HODS before proceeding with the work. Incorporate these AutoCAD documents into the as-built as necessary. — Mentor the Asst. Director of Facilities and provide direction to the Asst. Director of Facilities to assist your day to day operations.
Qualifications Education : Bachelor in Business Engineering , project management. Experience: 20 years of related experience in similar field (Hospitality), Min 5 years of experience in the same Position
