Description Scope of work Within the context of developing effective services, SFD intends to enhance the quality of Customer Service through developing a comprehensive training program for SFD staff capacity building, that enabling them to meet the current challenges and deal effectively with any expected updates in the field of customer service. This mean that a preliminary diagnose study should be conducted in order to tackle the current situation in relation to the Customer Service and determine the main findings with SFD, accordingly a training program outline is going to be developed, and finally the training delivery. Deliverables: The Consultant is required to submit to the Social Fund for Development the following: — Preliminary diagnose of the SFD current situation and the main challenges that has to be tackled in relation to Customer Service field. — Appropriate Training material development that is built upon the previous diagnose for the Customer Service employees. — Delivery of the training program, that is including an assessment process for the trainees to examine whether they fit in customer service job or not applicable. — Final report highlighting findings and recommendations.
Qualifications 1- The consultant should have at least 10 years professional experience in Customer Service and training. 2- Experience with international/ multinational organizations is preferable. 3- Best practices from banking sector customer service experience will also be an edge. 4- University degree in related field. 5- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. 6- Excellent analytical skills. 7- Report writing skills.
