Description — Overseeing of preparing and maintaining records of all inventories. — Complying inventory reports and issuing them to management. — Analyzing & audits of costs and odd Balances of all Inventories. — Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and qtys of all inventories. — Reconciles of All Inventories. — Conducts physical inventories and monitors cycle count program. — Assisting in Month end close of the General Ledger.
Qualifications • Minimum of 7 solid years as an Inventory Controller Section Head of Manufacturing Environment (Steel Industry is Preferred) • Bachelors Degree in Accounting • Must have a strong Inventory Controlling & Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills; sound understanding of accounting principals. • Computer Literate – Strong Excel skills and the ability to use Outlook and Word • Experience with Oracle is a Must. • Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards • Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
