Description Monitors customer satisfaction and takes action to address satisfaction issues in a prompt and non-defensive manner. The Service role will be pivotal in developing, maintaining and enhancing relationships with the client and other relevant stakeholders. Manage overall delivery of FM services to the client including overall accountability for financial, resource and performance management and reporting. Lead the Team - managers and staff to deliver a seamless service, which is on time, to budget and to agreed quality/service levels. Manage the financial and commercial activities so that services are delivered within agreed cost targets and, where possible, reduce costs whilst maintaining quality standards or at agreed standards. HSEE: Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in training. Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls. Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies
Qualifications Engineering degree in Electrical/Mechanical Minimum 10 years’ experience in similar position Experience in managing subcontract work preferred
