Description —Ensure the startup and approval of new machines or modification works on machines. —Communicate and collaborate with external service providers. —Decide on the employment and selection of external service providers on the basis of existing information and in coordination with the superior. —Ensure the conduction of repair and maintenance work. —Optimize work instructions and processes within the responsibility field. —Check offers and prepare selection recommendations. —Observe internal and legal specifications concerning hygiene, HACCP, job safety and environmental protection. —Plan staff-related, issue-related and financial resources for the area of responsibility based on information from subordinate areas. Ensure compliance with budget as approved by the executive board as well as initiate appropriate measures in case of imminent and assessed divergences in coordination with the superior. —Direct and develop subordinate colleagues. Decide on staff-related targeted measures in accordance with the executive manager and HR. —Ensure the implementation of measures for the efficient conception of operational and organizational structures within the field of responsibility.
Qualifications •A bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering •8-10 years of experience preferably in the food sector •Excellent command of English •SAP Experience •Leadership Skills •Preferably residents of 6th of October or Giza
