Description - Define the project priorities , develop schedule , measure performance and make control on time and budget. - Create work break down structure (WBS) through study of the IFC drawing - Break down for the overall budget received from project dept. according to the different types of steel ( Light , Medium , Heavy, Plate work, Piping , etc. ) - Define the project priorities according to - A-Erection sequence - B-Client requirements and milestone dates - C-Resource availability - D-Critical activities - Check the ability of fabrication for the required product - Cooperate with the T.O to Design the needed jigs, Tools and chassis for easy fitting or trial assembly - Create and develop mass production methods matches our industry to minimize the fabrication hours and maintain high level of quality. And organize the workshop in a certain way to min. the handling time. - Identify the risks which may affect the project to be considered on the duration of each activity - Create activity list and develop base line schedule for project stages ( Engineering, Procurement, Production, Surface treatment, Packing, and Erection ) using suitable software ( Excel, MS Project, Primavera ) - Determine critical path - Prepare weekly production plan ( Prefab , Fab. ) for each individuals project - Notes - A- The integrated fabrication plan for all projects will be issued by fabrication responsible. - B- The integrated prefabrication plan for all projects will be issued by prefabrication responsible. - Measure performance against the performance measurement base line via performance reports (Progress report, S-Curve) and determines variance. Make performance evaluation for each working group - Coordinating with logistics department for shipping activities and priorities. - Man-hours and budget control - Prepare recovery plan in case of any delay - Create and update lesson learned through project period
Qualifications - BSc Of Engineering (mechanical or civil) - From 4 to 7 years experience in planning - Communication skills & ability to work in a team and maintain good relationship with colleagues. - Ability to supervise different kinds of duties - Computer skills ( Excel, Microsoft project, Primavera, AutoCAD)
