Description —Ensure and assist in controlling the daily production in the plant according to time-, cost- and quality-related specifications and in consideration of the optimal capacity utilization. —Show compliance with the production and filling order in coordination with Disposition. —Participate in recording and checking production processes according to existing optimization and standardization potentials together with the production Shift leader. —Participate in preparing the performance analysis and derive measures in case of assessed divergences. Ensure their implementation in accordance with the executive manager. —Work closely with the production shift leader to control and implement the internal and legal specifications and guidelines concerning hygiene, HACCP, food and work safety and environmental protection. —Control and ensure efficiently operating repair and maintenance work and machine modification. —Provide information on complaint processing (blends, Not-Raft, out of spec batches) in close collaboration with Quality and the executive manager. Implement appropriate measure to improve quality. —Implement inventory taking and stock correction entry if applicable —Ensure a clear exchange of all important information within shift change to the shift leader.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor degree in Agriculture (Food Science major), science chemistry major or Production Engineering. 2.1-3 years of experience preferably in the food manufacturing field 3.Very good command of English Language
