Description - Managing and controlling all tasks and activities of the project at all stages and conditions in order to ensure delivering projects outcomes within the required timeframe, budget and quality. - Studding and analyzing projects contract documents and developing execution plans and programs, as well as supervising work execution and using various time management tools and methods to control changes to projects schedule. - Preparing projects budget, approving subcontractors, material submittal and control payments to subcontractors. - Monitoring and controlling work activates to ensure that the project is managed in a safe and professional manner, undertaken in compliance with all contractual requirements and executes at the required performance level. - Developing key performance indicators to measure the overall performance against the project goals and meet clients expectations in a timely and professional manner. - Reviewing reports regarding on-site operations to ensure that standards of building performance, quality ,cost schedules ,and safety are maintained ,in additional to testing and inspecting projects elements to ensure compliance with requirements.
Qualifications • Experience in oversee the constriction project from start to finish . • A minimum of 7 years ‘ experience in Project management, among which at least 3 years in supervisory position. • Good knowledge about construction activities-Primavera - Auto Cad - MS office
