Description — Manage entire procurement process for the various departments from receipt of requisition to order placement and delivery, material replenishment and supplier performance. — Maintain relevant reports to track the process. Ensure process meets the standards and expectation and is reviewed on a regular basis. — Constantly monitor suppliers and vendor quotes, oversee selection of vendors and appoint authorized vendors, review vendors performance and quality of material. — Renegotiate rates with current suppliers — Contract Management and Negotiation - Manage all tenders and supplier agreements. Oversee the entire tendering process from spend analyses through technical specification till award and final contract agreement. — Ensures all suppliers abide by service levels agreements and contingency plans are in place for supply of core items. — Resolve disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers. — Keep supplier database current and accurate and develop long term relations with suppliers and distributors. — Deliver cost savings for the company. Continuously assess opportunities and potential for costs reduction — Conduct and assist with internal & external audits; carry out annual assets inventory audit — Manage stores and ensure stock inventory levels are maintained to adequately meet operation needs. — Carry out weekly and monthly business reporting
Qualifications Ideal Candidate should 1) Have Bachelors Degree from a Reputable University 2) Must have a diploma in Supply Chain 3) Experience of at least 8 years, preferably with multinational exposure 4) CIPM/CSCP Certification is an asset 5) MBA would be an asset 6) Excellent Communication Skills 7) Excellent Managerial and Leadership Skills
