Description - Implement the Sales Plan for Comtec products in to ensure constant ‘added value– to the operation and to achieve annual sales target through direct sales team. - Drive all stages of the sales cycle from the prospecting and qualification of prospects within targeted market segments to closure in order to meet or exceed the established sales targets - Identify, develop and secure new cost-effective market segments, where appropriate as well as seek and attract new, cost-effective customers to add to the portfolio in order to increase market share in real terms. - Analyse Market / Competitor trends and propose specific action where appropriate - Provide information on selling activities, competitive activity and market intelligence to the rest of the organisation to keep them informed on ongoing issues - Secure customer loyalty by implementing appropriate post-sales visits
Qualifications •University degree in Engineering or Business administration. •Strong business acumen, leadership, communication and negotiation skills. •Requires the unique blend of a big-picture product and market vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. •Innovative; Customer-Focused, proactive, Strong Team Player •IT Experience and PC Skills •Fluent in English
