Description Ensure that the production process is being applied according to the set standards to meet the target KPIs. —Ensure the line supervisors are well aware of the daily production plan through start-up meeting —Continuously monitor the production lines to make sure they are running according to the set standards and required speed —Review the batch records recorded by line supervisors to ensure data is recorded regularly and correctly —Calculate the OEE for each line on a daily basis to assess the lines efficiency —Make daily/weekly/monthly reports to production manager about the lines performance levels and give recommendations for improvement —Monitor the quality of products on the lines and make decision to stop the line if it results too much defects. —Record all machine downtimes and find root cause —Monitor the hygiene, safety and GMP standards in the production area. This includes supervising the sanitization process during changeover. —Responsible for any loss, disability and getting out of the operating rates —Ensure that all machines and equipment are working well in terms of their vibration, sound, oil and others with the assigned maintenance engineer —Supervise the delivery of finished products to the warehouse and receivable of components
Qualifications BSC Degree in Engineering (Production) / BSC Degree in Science •Previous experience in factories / manufacturing field is an asset •The good knowledge of Quality procedures and good manufacturing requirements •Know how to deal with technical problems and finding the ideal methods to solve
