Description — Responsible for the sales development of his Unit and products concerned — Searching for new clients who could benefit from DATCO products or services and maximizing customer potential in designated regions. — Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions — Offering after-sales support services — Uncovers and analyses of the needs of all sales staff members Organizes weekly meetings with colleagues to review the results achieved, to establish plans to overcome problems, to co-ordinate the movement of the account managers, to ensure accuracy and submission of reports, and to keep the reporting system updated — Keeps the BUM informed on all activities of the competition. Suggests counter activities if necessary.
Qualifications BSc of Engineering (Mechanical) •(2) years as Senior Sales Engineer experience in industrial products sales of Power Transmission Products (Pulleys,Bushing&Hubs,Belts,Chains,Sprockets,Coupling). Computer literacy is a must
