Description To manage Fit & Fix showroom to ensure optimal sales through maintaining appropriate inventory, maximizing store appearance and efficiency of sales floor operations, and providing exceptional customer service To manage showroom staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and unparalleled customer service Duties: Maintain a clean and attractive showroom appearance that will enhance sales. Follow up on Late invoices collecting and reviewing the status of term clients against the list sent from the Accounting department Track sales reports, make predictions about future sales and oversee how sales are marketed and made both by themselves and their employees. Review inventory and sales records to prepare reports for management and budget departments. assess Inventory stock and reorder when inventory drops to a specified level Assign employees to specific duties. Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed and that it functions as advertised. Direct and supervise employees engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers. Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods. Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees work schedules and time cards. Establish and implement policies, goals, objectives, and procedures for their department. Examine products purchased for resale or received for storage to assess the condition of each product or item.
Qualifications 3-5 years experience in Retail, Automotive or Tele-Communications Industry
