Description — Set working, and strategic plan for the department — Follow up on the work flow to achieve the departmental goals — Managing the companys portfolio at the bank — Prepare a report with the financial position of the customers quarterly, and annually. — Approve all the mails and correspondences related to the department — Approve and review all the financial data needed from the department (Financial standing, estimated budget, final budget, loan redemption, and estimated entitlements) — Accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
Qualifications BA in Corporate Finance or Accounting • 7-15 years of experience and minimum 2 years in managing accounting department • Experience in real estate company is a must
