Description —Management of efficient and financially compliant planning, scheduling and clock in/clock out processes for venue invigilators, support staff and non-IELTS Examiners, including KPIs and spot checks —Ensuring full compliance with all venue personnel elements of EQS and UK Board standards —Produce a financially compliant Venue Staff payroll to agreed deadlines. —Own the Recruitment, selection and training of all Venue Staff in Egypt (except examiners, markers and trainers). —Design and review Confidential Materials (CM) journey for each category of Exam material —Design and maintenance of Confidential Material Room (CMR) facilities in line with QCA (Quality and Compliance Audit)
Qualifications University degree or equivalent. A minimum of 6 years’ experience in business operations , 3 years of which should be managing projects or operations in an international organisation. Experience of managing quality assurance programs Document management and information management
