Description 1. Administers C.Vs data bank and keeps it updated continuously (hard & soft copies). 2. Receives recruiting requisitions from HR generalists and recruiters and fulfilling it in a timely manner. 3. Follow-ups the interview s results and represents comments on any invalid results. 4. Keeps the different data tracking sheets updated and furnished 5. Uses our current sources for recruiting and maximizes the benefit from it. 6. Finds new recruiting sources, stay updated with the new recruiting trends and methodologies. 7. Executes any additional tasks asked to do by the H.R department 8. Represents reports to the senior sourcing and recruiting specialist.
Qualifications - Bachelor degree (preferred to be business administration graduate). - H.R certificate/diploma will be plus. - Excellent Microsoft office literacy.
