Description Collect and maintain files of the latest revision level documentation necessary to define product configuration and control holding processes. Retrieve, sort, and file all documents, Maintain an arranged file room And Maintain a day by day productivity log of scanning and indexing activities, Copy and fax, sort mail hand out reports and memos, Sort material in accordance with filing system used. Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents. Provides administrative support for the Departments activities including computerized storage of information/history files and easy retrieval. Focal point for all personnel matters related to Legal Department staff, including computers requirements, IT E-Application, MT E-Application, Employees Updating Information, Annual Performance Review, OJT monthly progress report, PCP reports for ELS, leave schedules, office supplies and business trips administration.
Qualifications • Bachelors of Law (LLB) or has an experience in law firms or corporate legal department. • Good command of spoken and written English. • Experience 0 – 2 years. • Must have proficient using Microsoft Word.
