Description Meets prospective clients, providing them with the necessary information about the organization while maintaining high standards of professionalism - Maintains the existing clients - Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results - Set & Achieve Monthly Sales Goals - Manages the organizations budget - Direct & Manage Sales team and oversees sales work - Ensure proper documentation of all members information: accurate, complete and updated in a timely manner - Prepares various packages to meet clients needs - Keeping statistical and financial records - Oversees the sales activities of the Ladies Branches including membership sales, promotional activities and general administration with the aim of driving the business forward - Frequently review daily/weekly/monthly sales numbers with all branches to identify potential revenue gaps and opportunities - Provides the Top Management with Sales Regular Reports.
Qualifications At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the same field - Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation Skills - Good Knowledge of the Fitness Industry - Self-confident and able to comfortably interact with Clients - Strong Business Background and Very good Communicating Skills - Must be physically fit.
