Description Technical Support Duties Application training and presentation for new customers Provide 1st and 2nd level support to application to deliver services Providing time critical response, resolution or workarounds to application incidents to minimize business impact Providing troubleshooting document guide and tutorial videos for each product to keep support mission more easy and professional Contribute with other 3rd level resolver and development groups after analyzing problems events. Supporting all end users via phone, e-mail and online session Working through issue tracking system Traveling to sites inboard and abroad for new applications installation or support and medical workstation connection assurance Network Administration Duties Administrate & troubleshoot Microsoft domain supporting below server: Domain Controller DNS server DHCP server VPN server Web server (IIS) Windows deployment server Print Server Implement Cluster environment and Network Load Balance (NLB) services Install configure SAN storage Microsoft SQL server database tuning optimization and administrating Analyze, determine and setup requirements for application (PC & Servers & and software servers) Configuring switches and routers
Qualifications • Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent. • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills with high ability to work autonomously under minimum level of supervision • Time & stress management skills with high ability to handle multi tasks efficiently in a timely manner. • Certifications & practical knowledge: • MCITP • CCNA - preferable • Vmware (Workstation & ESXI)
