Description Develop and implements improvements policies and procedures that support ongoing operations business practices. Co-ordinates with the procurement, maintenance and logistics to ensure the flow of operations functions. Create and implement, maintain and review processes and procedures for all terminal activities. Manages the operations including employees and equipments. Assign drivers, crane operators, loader drivers and equipments operators to the terminal machines for the appropriate achievement of operations tasks within the site. Prepare all reports and communications as required in timely and accurate manner. Effectively interact with customers to provide the best level of service. Supervises the maintenance of the equipments ensuring maximum utilization, maximum life expectancy and safe operation. Support safety Department to meet all required safety appointments. Manage the administration and personal of terminal and operations department employees in accordance with the human resources department.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in logistics or related field. Above 10 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in managing position. Post graduate studies in the field of logistics are a plus. Ability to lead and coach others. Professional, confident, energetic and highly motivated and organized. Possess excellent presentations and communication skills. Excellent command of English language and excellent computer skills.
