• Expand business in multiple industries, maximizing revenues. • Manage a desk of high level clients, negotiating and managing multiple high level sales agreements, ongoing equipment supply, and field any and all queries. • Build the sales and marketing departments through continual motivation of team members, identification of training requirements, and ongoing side by side mentorship. • Overlook the performance of the maintenance department and provide advice on best practices. • Participate in the completion of proposals and estimates for prospective companies while identifying new companies to target. • Be a key mediator between the maintenance department and the end client. • Plan and set realistic targets, leading the sales teams execution to achieve goals. • Forecast both short and long term sales objectives. • Promote the companies offerings and image in a positive and professional manner at all times. • Travel to various sites locally and internationally at times. • Develop, follow and expedite any/all company policies as relates to any function within, correlating to and in concert within itself and to outside entities. • Develop market, customer and competitor profiles expending in prudent manner company funds to maximize customer awareness, market potential and minimize competitor impact.
Qualifications Exemplary problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and implement corrective processes. Computer skills include: MS Project, Excel, Word; AutoPlan; Applix Word, Graphics Skilled at presenting technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise way. Proficient in MS Word, QuarkXpress, and Excel. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
