Description To assist branches tech. support teams on operation daily tasks. To train branches junior and new Tech. support staff to establish the project strategy and system implementation in branch. Corporate and assist branches tech. support team on all tasks related to End Of Day process Corporate and assist branches tech. support team on all tasks related to closing transactions batches for the end Of Month in coordination with the IT Dept to solve any related obstacles or system issues Generate all End Of Month Reports to be delivered to MSAD and concerned parties. Check the integrity and accuracy of End Of Month reports prior to reports distribution. Commence UAT for all new system applications or versions prior to implementations on branches. Visit and support new branches on the polite project implementation stage to make sure that all operations tasks are performed correctly and share experience with the branch Tech support teams. Coordinate with IT dept. for any updates or required actions on system.
Qualifications High degree of analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent Communications skills. Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted tasks and of working under pressure.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
