Description 1.Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs. 2.Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions 3.Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers. 4.Develop long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements; 5.Persuade clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery 6.Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. 7.Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs; 8.Calculate client quotations and administering client accounts; 9.Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education; 10.Work on after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required. 11.Arrange and carry out product training; 12.Analyze costs and sales. 13.Prepare reports for head office and keeping customer records; 14.Meet regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects. 15.Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events; 16.Prepare technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs. 17.Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts. 18.Help in the design of custom-made products; 19.Provide training and produce support material for other members of the sales team. 20.Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
Qualifications Civil/ Mechanical Engineer ++Professional Diploma in sales or marketing is preferred
