Formulate policies and detailed procedures to implement the companys plans in terms of HR activities. Participate in organizational development activities / job descriptions update. Manage recruitment & selection, hiring activities Manage the performance management process Manage training activities. Supervise the development and implementation of a salary structure Supervise the personnel practices in its dealing with governmental agencies such as labor office, social insurance, and medical insurance and administrative affairs of the company including employees’ transportation, factory neatness, and security. Resolve all the work issues and problems.
Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, law or Business Administration , MBA is a plus. Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management. preferably in Pharmaceuticals or FMCG manufacturing companies. Skills Strong Strategy development, problem solving, and change management skills Excellent Communication skills- Arabic and English.
