- Responsible for daily equipment trouble and assist in troubleshooting. - Develops and assist in implementation of modifications to factory maintenance equipment. - Investigate, propose and implement maintenance activities and projects to improve profitability. - Analyzes and provide alternatives for improvements to the maintenance methods to ensure improved equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency. - Develop detail business plans for process equipment investments and tracking expense items. - Supervise the maintenance contracts and register every visit and make timetable to it then put monthly report about efficiency of everyone. - Cooperate with safety responsible and keep in touch with him before making any welding or maintenance works. - Responsible for calibration file of laboratories equipments and scales and timetable for calibrations.
Qualifications - Leadership qualities & ability to handle workmen. - Excellent planning skills. - Excellent Presentation Skills - Result orientation integrity and ethics. - Process orientation and strong inclination to perfection. - Fluent English & Arabic. - Very good computer knowledge.
