Description Review operations & confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems — Train, evaluate operators and technicians — Prepare and maintain production reports — Set and monitor product standards, examining samples of materials and semi finished product or directing testing during processing, to ensure finished products are of prescribed quality — Develop and implement production tracking and quality control systems, analyzing production, quality, maintenance, and other operational reports, to detect production problems — Coordinate & recommend procedures for facility & equipment maintenance or modification — Review processing schedules and production orders to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations and time constraints — Achieving the production plan — Decrease the cost by increase the productivity and decrease the waste and over time — Follow up Production Lines to produce high quality products with a high productivity — Continually training of technicians &operators to get a high efficiency — Check up the yield variance on monthly basis to check up on waste percentage — Check up the production documentation — Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed — Supervising and motivating a team of workers — Responsible of Extrusion. Qualifications Bsc. Science or Pharmacy From 2-3 years of experience
